The electrical distribution service was seriously jacked-up and the city of Chicago had basically condemned it. It was so dangerous we had had other electricians refuse to work on it. It wasn't easy having to work with twelve different homeowners, but everyone was happy with Tom. I don't know much about electrical systems, but looking at all the new conduits running parallel in the basement, by God, it was beautiful.

Tom and his crew did an excellent job--they were efficient, professional and neat. When we preferred a different placement for one of the alarms, they willingly moved it to meet our request. Tom was responsive and helpful to our questions and made our wishes understood by the crew. We would gladly rehire them for additional electrical work we need in the future.

It went as planned. The work was done right on time.

It went great. Tom is very knowledgable and does not cut any corners. He and his team have a "can do" attitude. Even as items were added or changed Tom always responded with no problem we can do it.

If ever an issue arose Tom always went above and beyond making sure everything was fixed and done correctly.

We had a defective wall switch and one light. Tom came out before our holiday get together and made sure it was fixed. When he leaves he always says "do not hesitate to call" if we have any issues or problems.

We highly recommend him.

Tomasz consistently responded to phone calls and kept me informed regarding progress. He was our contact person for Com Ed and the tenant that occupies the space. In addition, he secured the necessary permit from the City of Chicago so that he could proceed with the job. The existing service was dated and and Tomasz was able to take care of it. We have used All Electrical for other jobs and based our our experience the pricing seemed fair. We would use All Electrical again.

Overall, it went better than expected. My biggest hold-up was cooperartion from Panasonic Corporation in wiring their amplifier system

One of the best contractors I have had at my house! Always show up at the agreed upon time for an estimate, very professional and friendly.They do the great job! They always give me a reasonable price! I would recommend them highly to anyone who needs a professional electrical company! I'll be contacting them soon!

It was easy and reliable. All-Electric does all my work and I am a very satisfied customer.

Tom returned my call within minutes and came the same day for an estimate. Work was done several days later. He arrived exactly on time and immediately (after greeting the dog) put down drop cloths to cover the carpets. He and his partner worked efficiently and even did some things that needed attention without my asking him.Tom was very friendly, courteous and professional. I'll give his name to anyone needing an electrician.

They were on time and courteous. They did two thing poorly. One is that they asked for permission to make holes in wall to snake cable lines from basement to floor. I consented. When I looked at it, I saw they didn't cut holes, they took hammers and banged out holes. They didn't do it in a way to minimize the number of holes. They put a hole next to a fire detector and one next to a lamp, where there were already holes. In one place where they added an outlet, the hole was bigger than the outlet. They were supposed to hang all of the lights in the basement. He forget to do one light and someone walked into it.

Tom came to my home to provide an estimate and was very professional and provided advice about what needed to be done to correct the electrical issues in the home we recently purchased. His estimate was lower than the other two I had received and so we contracted with him for his services. On the day he was to perform the service, one of his employees arrived first (right on time) and got right to work switching out our outlets. Then Tom arrived with one other employee to go over the work with them and make sure they knew exactly what to do. When I requested an additional two items to be included in the work, he was very flexible and gave me a fair price to also include those items. His employee worked all day at my home correcting the issues and installing our new outlets. He cleaned up all of his messes before leaving and was very courteous and professional.

I made an appointment with Tom for a walkthrough on a Saturday in order to explain the work I need done and to get a quote. He was a no-show for the appointment. I tried to call twice that day and was was sent to voicemail (I did not leave a voicemail). During my follow-up phone call during business hours (which I had to initiate after 3 days of not hearing from them) Tom let me know that he thought I had called and cancelled the appointment on Saturday morning (I of course had not). I decided based on this, not to further pursue a bid from All Electrical Contracors for the work.

They arrived on time, spent all day working on service. Had to run long pipe for grounding with little damage to finished basement. Also mounted pipe with meter to wall reinforced with bolts through the wall. They went above and beyond code to make sure there were no problems.

I called because I thought I had a major wiring issue. It turned out to be a simple short in one of my light switches. I was only charged for the cost of the visit when they could have made anything up as I barely know AC from DC and was mentally prepared for a worse case scenario! In addition, I asked a couple of questions in regards to upgrading my track lighting. The gentlemen took a few moments to show me how to install the lights myself so I would not need to call a handyman to help out!

We were very impressed with the job they did. Tomasz was very punctual with his calls and visit. He gave me an estimate before beginning and was very honest about the entire project. They were also conscientious about covering everything and cleaning up when finished. When I was concerned the next day about one of the fixtures being too high, they came and fixed it right away. All in all, we were very happy with the job.

The heater at our salon was on the fritz for two days straight, in December (in Chicago)! Turns out the problem was not with the heater, but with the electrical line. After being given the runaround by our heating service company and electric company, Tom came out to the salon within the hour of us calling him. He had the problem fixed in under two hours. He gave us a great price, as well! I would call Tom or anyone in his company again, next time we need electrical service. Great job!

Of all the workers on my project, they were the most efficient and of excellent quality. You might find a little less expensive pricing, but not at this quality. Most quality contractors were more expensive and less responsive. I would highly recommend Tom and All electrical and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

All the work seemed top notch, and I have never had contractors who were neater or more professional. They worked long days to get the job done, and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was as I wanted it.

Tom promptly returned my call and set an appointment. He arrived on time, ready to work. He was nice, polite, respectful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He was informative and explained everything in detail. He was able to troubleshoot and fix the problems quickly. I would use him for any big or small job. I felt he was very trustworthy and honest.
