Very professional and straight forward. Came when said would come and finished in time frame. We had a discount from Angie's list that was honored.

Except for the fact that they told us they would do the work in August and only came on Sept 30, it was fine. Getting them to respond to my phone or email messages was difficult but once they started the job, they did what they promised to do, in the time they said and leaving things reasonably clean behind them. They had to work in the basement by the boiler. I didn't appreciate that they had picked up a children book on one of our shelves and left it on the boiler. Not professional at all!

It went well. They still need to fix something but they just didn't come out yet. They've been great. They clean up after the work is done. They did all the work that they said they will do.

They provided a very good service. They did a nice job and they cleaned up. When they gave me the final bill, I called the office and told them that I thought I was overcharged and I told them how many hours the guys were here and then the next day, they called me if somebody call me and tell me that they would send me a refund. They took very good care of me because they sent a very sizable refund. They did very well and then when I disputed the hours work and they didn't have a problem, they fixed it right away so I was happy with that and their work was very good. The final bill they gave me was $5600 and something, I don't have the records and I'm not exactly sure but then they mailed me back $1244. I would recommend them to somebody else because when I thought I was overcharged, I told them and they took care of it right away. The girl that I talked to on the phone was wonderful, the receptionist or whoever she was that handled all the information. I think the problem was that what they had quoted me that they thought it would take the time for the hours that the guys there. It didn't take that long but the guy that gave me the final bill just figured that one up so when they redid the numbers and everything, they came up with what I should have paid so they were very good about that. I have a very big building so the tuck pointing price was about what it should have been. It was very good quality.

Extremely satisfied with the work completed. Chris was great to deal with and his team was professional and friendly. The work was completed in less than half the time and completed well. I looked and reviewed other estimates and Chris was the best priced - not even comparable. I would use again and recommend his company to friends and family.
