I have a grease trap under my kitchen sink, which is unusual for a private home but necessary in my circumstance. Occasionally the grease trap requires being cleaned out. In July I had a plumbing company come out to do this and they only vacuumed the water out, which accomplished nothing. I was left with a bad odor coming from under the sink and also in my sewer pit, which progressively became worse.
In October I called ACRO to service the grease trap and they totally dismantled the trap, scrapped and scrubbed it. They were attentive to every detail of doing this job as thoroughly as possible. Pino also inspected the other aspects of my drainage system and gave me valuable advice about maintenance of each component. He was attentive and professional and took pride in his service.
