I bought the wrong part and they refused to accept a return or give me a refund.

I finally called after waiitng two weeks to hear from them and learned the vacuum was finished. I asked why they didnt call me. If you have pets or children, you understand how dirty a house can get without vacuuming for weeks. Horrible! They had no answer for that. I brought the machine home and discovered it wasnt working any better than when I left it! I called them back and they said to bring it in again. I did. They called two days later to say there was a clog and that it would not be covered - they charged me $24.95 for something I highly doubt was there. I know this because I personally took apart the vacuum before I brought it to them and saw an absolutely clear hose and housing. Despite having to pay for something they could have EASILY fixed, I had to drive 44 miles in all with both trips. You'd think they would have removed the clog considering they didnt do the job the first time.

I have used this vacuum company before for odds and ends like belts and vacuum parts, so we felt comfortable buying these high-end appliances from them. We were told they would be here in five days, and two weeks later; still no washer and dryer. The owner said that they weren't coming and I wasn't getting a refund and to make matters worse, he had a 30 percent restocking fee. I spoke with the company directly and they convinced the owner to refund my money...then next the washer and dryer was delivered.

AFTER DROPPING OFF THE VACUUM CLEANER, THEY DID NOT CALL ME BACK WITH AN ESTIMATE UNTIL I CALLED THEM SEVERAL DAYS LATER. AFTER THAT, THE SERVICE AND QUALITY OF THE WORK WERE EXCELLENT.
