"Estimate made promptly, tree removed & another stump removed and stumps ground out when ground dried out enough. Everything was cleaned up well, service was prompt and the price reasonable. Very happy with the quality of the work."

"Patrick and his two assistants did an excellent job on my brick sidewalk. I had reclaimed brick and I know it is more difficult to work with old reused material but they were willing to give it a go. The sidewalk turned out just as I envisioned. I have a 115 year old home and wanted the sidewalk to carry some "aged look" to go with it. They crew showed up on time and worked steadily. When finished they cleaned up and even stacked the old pavers that were removed back by my garage. Their charge for all this good work was very reasonable. You could not ask for a more friendly and respectful crew. I've got two more projects that I want done and have asked these guys to come back."

Snow Removal questions, answered by experts

DIY snow removal is entirely free, except for the cost of a shovel. However, it may not always be the best option for large driveways and areas with heavy snowfall; it’s strenuous work and can take a long time. Other wallet-friendly ways to remove snow include rock salt, hot water, a de-icing agent, or a leaf blower.

There are several ways to remove snow from your roof: using a snow rake, salting the roof with calcium chloride, using a rope (cautiously), and using heating cables. It’s important to mention that pretty, fluffy, sparkling snow weighs a great deal, and when physically removing snow from a roof, you should be aware of large snow slabs breaking off. These can weigh hundreds of pounds and are a real danger, so be extremely careful anytime you’re doing this type of work.

Yes, many companies offer convenient options to accommodate service timing needs.

Whether or not an annual snow removal contract is worth it depends mainly on location. If you live in an area with frequent heavy snowfall, a yearly contract could be better than paying per clearing. If you live in an area where it only snows a few times a year, paying per snowstorm may be a better option.

Yes, snow should be removed from a deck to protect it from damage caused by moisture and heavy loads. Shovel the snow off of your deck regularly once it is more than four inches deep. Avoid using salt, which can damage your deck.
