"Tim did a great job dealing with the challenges of installing a carpet runner on a 145-year old staircase.  None of the steps were the same size and most of them unsquare, missing part of the nose, etc. etc. etc.  He was able to navigate those challenges and complete a beautiful runner installation.  This included having to cut the carpet around a huge bannister post at the bottom of the steps, it all turned out great.  We don't anticipate having any new carpeting put down, but if we did, we would certainly consider using Hampton again.  Anytime someone asks who did our runner, we will certainly give positive reviews of Tim and Hampton Flooring.

"We wanted to check our new home to make sure there was no mold present. The guy who came over was very nice and very professional. The only issue I had which may not even be Absolute Clean's issue but it was expensive for the test. They send the tests off to a third company to give you the results. It was a quick process and easy to understand the results. It just seemed pretty expensive for a test. I would have hated to have actually had mold that needed to be removed. However, I recommend this company for quick testing and results."

They had offered to replace some carpeting and I don’t normally replace carpeting in rental unit and I usually go back with a more durable type of flooring if it’s not cleaned well or if it’s too stained and they had given me an estimate for another product but they were prompt in communications and did exactly what they said they were going to do and at this time, we just went with the cleaning and they did the best they could with the stains. They were very responsive to questions and very flexible to work with me and getting it done right."
