They leveled out the affected area, planted grass seed and put down straw. I was kept informed as to when they could do the work and they actually got to it sooner than I expected. Which, with the work you did and it is leaking I accepted the potential delay in service. Offered me a "service" call not a fix the work that was done call but hey, it's whatever I'd rather get things done they debate. 20 minutes later I was informed they can't do the work, due to the "area" and can no longer do any work for me ?.?
