"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

I had a lot of damage to the north side of my roof, two porches, and garage they had to raise the roof, tear out and put in new roof rafters, put in new roof, and then shingles. I also had inside work to do. They were done in a timely manner with excellent work I have four bids for the job. JL Construction’s bid was closest to the insurance appraiser. "I called the company to have them come and look at some shingles that were not laying correctly.  Prior to their arrival, my daughter backed one of our vehicles into the side of the garage while pulling out, bending the track for the garage door and damaging the side of the garage (broke the 2x4, split the sheeting, etc.).  Mike came out on a holiday because I am in the process of selling my home and needed to have the repairs made ASAP.  He completed not only the roof repair, but replaced the side of the garage and straightened the garage door track.,  And, he cleaned up the garage when he was done.  This company has been extremely responsive and Mike genuinely cares about his customers.  He is friendly and caring and has been a pleasure to work with.  Because of him, I think my house is sold and the family buying it is happy with the repairs completed."

"I hired the company to do a make ready [clean up & prep] on a single apartment in a building which I own in the  town where I live. I needed the property to be cleaned up so I could rent it again.  I have been a landlord for over 20 years & hadn't found a vacated property in such a mess in all my years. They did the complete interior clean-up which took about five hours. And, the complete prep of the property. they took out all the trash & junk, and cleaned up all debris left in the yard. They did such a great job with that I decided to use them for the yard maintenance also. They cleaned all my flowerbeds & got them ready for spring, placed mulch & trimmed the shrubs and flowering trees. On the inside they made everything look brand new! Cleaning the walls, painting, cleaned the carpets & stripped & polished the wood floors...making them look brand new. The appliances that stayed were cleaned inside & out. They even remembered to get all the light fixtures clean for me. Dusted all window seals & doorways. Shine mopped all they tile floors. To top it all off they even gave the bathrooms a fresh clean look by putting a new caulk seal around the tubs, sinks & shower...which gave the bathrooms a fresh face. All in all I found it to be a very stress free pleasant experience. And, I will definitely call on them for the next project because if they could do so well with a nightmare like that I'm sure the less difficult will be equally affordable and easily handled.
