Excellent. I've owned my home for five years and never had the system looked at by a professional. The guys went through everything and recommended changing out a couple of capacitors. Both were 20 years old, and one of them was in visibly terrible condition. Absolutely the right recommendation. Price was fair, work was professionally done, arrived on time, great communication. Nothing but good to report all the way around. Will definitely call them for any issues that come up.

Technician Tyler arrived at exact time and diagnosed the furnace problem very quickly. He replaced the condensate evacuation blower motor assembly and flushed the clogged drain line. We then had a helpful conversation about their periodic maintenance plans that the company offers. If I would have had a plan the furnace failure would not have happened at all. First, when Joel came over to look at the job before giving us an estimate, he explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. We talked about options and he assisted me in determining the equipment that would best meet our needs. His quote was within $200 of another local HVAC company. I would have been very comfortable hiring either Joel or the other company, but In the end, chose Joel because we were happy with his HVAC maintenance services. (BTW, I got a 3rd quote from a large, well known local company that was $4000 more than the other two and included equipment that was much too large for our rooms!) Joel and his two assistants were wonderful. They arrived as scheduled and worked hard over two days in stifling heat and humidty to install our units. They were all nice, respectful and conscientious about cleaning up after they were finished. We are very pleased with the units, which are working well and have made our upstairs habitable. We plan to continue using AirAce for our HVAC maintenance and will likely end up having them replace our almost 20 year old central AC before too long.

I initially called for a quote, and had a few questions. They called me back within the hour with answers. The pricing appears very comparable locally for duct cleaning. AirAce arrived on time, with a call to let me know they were on their way. The gentlemen were very professional, and very careful around our furniture & some art work we have (they asked if we could move some boxed ceramics that were partially under one return duct, just the be on the safe side.) I would recommend this young company - read their web page to see the family who runs/owns the business. Thank you for work done well! BTW, my furnace runs quieter, and I have noticed less dust!

Early on December 13, 2016 a tenant of ours called with a furnace problem. I diagnosed the problem as a bad blower fan. Mainly because Air Ace is Veteran owned, I called around 9 am and they said they'd have someone out by 10:30 am. At 10:30, Chris J arrived in the Air Ace Truck. He looked professional and introduced himself. He got down to business and quickly verified that the blower fan/wheel was imbalanced. He took out the old one, determined the the wheel was broke, and promptly called supply to check on replacement availability. He went and got the replacement part and had it replaced by 2 pm or so. He made sure it functioned properly and then made sure to clean up the work area. Very happy with the service provided and even more so that Chris is also a Veteran. Thanks to both Chris and to Joel.

Everything went very well. Joel was communicative throughout the entire process, he was prompt in getting things done when he said he would, and he was very professional. Super nice guy too. I have no problem recommending him for any HVAC work.

The existing furnace was fairly new but the house had never had central air. Joel made a thorough inspection of the existing unit and ducting and provided me an estimate on site for my upgrade at first appointment. The price price was reasonable and he arrived promptly the following morning with parts and tools to complete the job. The new unit works exceptionally well and the newly installed ductwork and attention to detail was excellent. He put down plastic on the floors to avoid tracking the carpet and after his final inspection and clean up I would not have thought he had even been there. All in all it was a very pleasant transaction and I couldnt be more pleased.  I highly recommend Air Ace for heating and cooling needs.
