We want to work for you We provide services from building dog houses in the backyard to painting ur mailbox and planting flowers around it in the front yard Residential Solutions is the way to go even if you have questions just give us a call and we will answer it the best way we know how if we dont know how to do the job or answer ur ? We have a very select group of professionals that know there job very well that will answer ur ?'s for you. We are very tired of contractors making a million off a simple $100 job and not even doing it right. We like to make it right!

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
