He was excellent and he did a really good job. He brought 5 people to my home to do the work. He is really responsive. They were very clean and laid down tarps when doing the work. He asked me if it was ok if he and his employees spoke in their native tongue, and I thought that was really respectful. He was great at explaining things and he helped my understand why he was doing things. He treated my house like it was his own. He helped me to spend my money wisely. In giving me feedback, he suggested I live with what he had done because I wouldn’t want my home to look like a runway.

I couldn't be happier with every aspect of this experience! Jack returned my initial phone call promptly and set up an appointment for the following Saturday. When he was running 10 min. late, he called to tell me--that really impressed me, as I sometimes feel like I have spent half my life waiting for contractors to show up when promised. The estimate was reasonable and slightly lower than a previous quote we had received for the job, but I hired him because of the Angie's List rating and his honesty in telling me I didn't need something I thought I did. I was not disappointed with my decision. Jack and his staff came on time each day, worked hard, cleaned up; and when they ran into an unexpected problem, did not charge me extra for the additional time needed. They even fed my dogs when I was unable to get home on time one day! Jack is the only person I'll ever call when I need an electrician.

We have had Jack and his assistant Witek for a previous job when we redid a bathroom and were very happy with the work. This job was a bit more extensive and involved a lot of new rewiring. Witek came early to start working on our family room . He worked very hard and did a beautiful job installing recessed lights wall sconces ceiling lights and new outlets We were very happy with the job. I would highly recommend blazer electric, they are honest and knowledgeable and will use them again

Overall I would suggest every home have an electric inspection to be sure everything is up to code and working correctly.

This is the second or third time that we've had Jack and his team do electrical work for us. Overall, I have mixed feelings about the most recent work that we had done in our home. Jack is great and you can tell that he cares about the customer and does a good job. When Jack came out to give us an estimate on the basement rewire, I assumed that he would be there doing the work and his other employees would be assisting him. Unfortunately, he was only there about 1/2 of the time and the rest of the work was done by his other two employees. I wasn't that impressed with his other employees. When I asked them a few simple questions about the work that was to be done, they either gave me a blank stare or they didn't answer my question. I got the sense that since it wasn't their company, they didn't really care very much. (There was an issue that came up during the inspection which was a mistake made by one of his employees.) Jack quickly fixed the mistake, but it is still concerning because of all of the other work that they did. At the end of the project, I wanted to spend 5-10 minutes going over things with Jack about what they had done and what was left. (There is still old wiring in our house that needs to be removed at a later date.) The last day of the project, Jack told me that he would be there. His employee finished things up and Jack never showed up. He contacted me through email and sent me the final invoice. I mentioned that there were still a few loose ends that needed to be tied up with the house - minor things with a light switch, etc and I would be happy to give him his check when he tied up the loose ends. He showed up a few days later and tied up the loose ends and spent a few minutes going over what had been done. Overall, I have mixed feelings. Although I think that Jack does a good job, I wasn't impressed with his employees.

I was impressed with what he did. He knows what he's doing and has the right license. He was very thorough, and I really appreciated his persistence. He definitely wanted to ensure that things were set right and it was obvious that he wanted to honor his commitment.

Fabulous and I would recommend them to absolutely anyone!!!!!

He did an excellent job. He worked on it for 7 to 8 hours. He would not stop until it was all finished. He thought it would take him until 1pm and he was there til 230pm even though it was his daughter's birthday. I wanted one additional thing to be done. He said no problem and did it. He stayed until I was 100% satisfied. Everything was "sure, no problem" with anything I wanted him to try or change. He had a smile on the entire time. His worker that was with him was friendly and nice as well. I was blown away by them. I was super impressed. He sent me an estimate with a detailed list with everything on there, including a discount for being an Angie's List Member. He went above and beyond with how friendly and nice he was, with calling back and being on time. I highly recommend Blazer Electric. I am having him back again to do some more work for me.

When I first spoke with Jack he was very professional and was able to schedule a time to come out within two weeks (would have been even sooner if my schedule was more flexible). He called the night before to confirm and arrived exactly at the scheduled time. He and his helper explained everything as they went along and asked us things like did we want the fan hanging lower or higher, and did we want the decorative metal extensions on the outside lights. We greatly appreciated this rather than having them make assumptions.

Had intermittent and hard to understand lighting and outlet outages. Blazer quickly diagnosed the problem, isolating it to some problems with old wiring. They rewired and everything works fine now.

I called several Electric Companies to have work done in the house. Blazer Electric was extremely prompt. Not only did they come the next day to check out what needs to be done but within a day I received an Estimate.. AND two days later the owner called to followup on the estimate. Their price was extremely reasonable and we decided to use Blazer. I called to setup a time for them to come to do the work and they came within two days. They came promptly at the time they said and worked quickly and cleanly. They did find bad wiring within the house and explained how they will correct it.. It set them back on their time a full 1/2 day but only charged me an additional $125 for that!! Wow! Once that was corrected they put in brand new wiring for two ceiling fans (one in a two story family room), a chandelier, a wall light and an outlet on a separate circuit. They were clean, professional and extremely reasonable. Jack Blazer explained everything to me and even explained to me what light bulbs to use for our track lighting and new fixtures. I highly recommend Blazer Electric to everyone we know. They were wonderful! We will definitely use them again!!!

After reviewing Angie's List, and checking with several other firms, I chose Jack B. and his group. They showed up when they said they would. Worked efficiently and professionally, Although the final bill exceeded their original estimate, because I kept adding to their work, they were very fair in their final charges. They cleaned up when they were finished and I was very pleased with the work. The work took longer because I kept coming up with additional things to be done, so hey had to come back several days later to finish. It was hot to be working in the attic, but they did not complain. I recommend them strongly.

I called Jack after finding him on Angie's List yesterday morning. He answered his phone at 6:50 AM- which surprised me- I was going to leave a message. He said he'd be over at 7 AM today and his 2 guys were. He came a little after they diagnosed the problems. They removed their shoes, cleaned up after themselves, were respectful, professional and fast. The price was very fair, and Jack gave us a discount since we went through Angie's List. I would highly recommend Jack for anyone needing electrical work! My only regret is that I didn't find him sooner. Great job - thanks Jack and thanks Angie's List!!

He was great. This was the third electrician that we've had at our house in the last year, and we've finally found someone who charges an honest price and does a good, efficient job. We were able to schedule him a few days after calling. He came out on Saturday morning and spent about an hour or so trying to determine what went wrong with the wiring in one of our lights. They were able to fix it and he mentioned that if we have problems with it again, we will need to replace the wiring. We will definitely be calling him in the future when we decide to update the wiring in our basement. I highly recommend him.

Jack was a little late but deducted some from the bill for that. He also gave us the Angie's list discount so I'd bet this cost us about 60% of what another provider would have charged. Jack found the problem fast. Oddly enough it was with a different outlet in the same room. He not only fixed my problem outlet but made all 3 outlets in the room the same with the wall switch controlling the right side in each case. He was pleasant, fast moving and accomplished the job with no issues at all. I was very happy with the service.

He was quick to give me an estimate and they were very nice. I wasn't exactly sure where I wanted the fixtures centered and they were very patient with me. They were very neat and clean, I am happy with how everything turned out.

The whole experience was positive. From the day Jack came out and estimated the job until a week later when he and his team came out to perform the work, it was a pleasant process all the way through. The crew was polite, professional and neat. They clean up after themselves and did a wonderful job and didn't cut any corners. Highly recommended Blazer Electric and I will be calling them again soon for additional electric work.

Jack's team did a great job. The were punctual, professional and hard working. It was a pleasure to work with Jack. He took the time to explain our options to us and really made us feel like we were making informed decisions. It was a big job and we made some changes as things went along. Jack was very flexible and his pricing was always very fair. We would recommend him highly. We are planning an addition and we plan on subbing the electrical work to Jack.

We schedule for Blazer to install a new light fixture in two closets. At the very last minute the night before (at 12 midnight!), we had to cancel the appointment because our dog had been hit by a car earlier in the day and had run away, keeping us up all night. Our appointment had been scheduled for 7 a.m., so we called, thinking we would leave a message, asking to change the appointment. They answered and were so understanding. Fortunately, our dog came home unscathed at 3 a.m., and Blazer came out a few days later. They did a great job and were very kind.

I had an electrical fire in my house. It was a florescent light fixture with a ballast. My house is over 50 years old. The fire department came and I asked the fireman if I should have an electrician come out and he said yes. Blazer came out within two hours and he didn't charge me all that much for the emergency that it was. He looked around and asked if there was anything else that he could do for me. He helped me put in some bulbs and he didn't want to charge me anything. He charged by the hour and he didn't want to leave early, which I thought was really nice. The price was good because it was an emergency and he didn?t gouge me. I would absolutely use this company again and I told him that I would call him first when I need work done.

As the work was not emergency related we were able to come up with a somewhat agreeable schedule. When an opening became available he was prompt and effiecient. I felt they went the extra mile to be helpful and accomplish the tasks at hand. I need them to finish one outstanding item, but I would gladly use them for this and other wqork as well

It took several visits, but we are very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Jack as a competent, reliable, diligent, and fair-priced electrician.

We were blowing circuits in the kitchen because a previous contractor had overloaded circuits. Jack and his crew were able to trouble shoot and over a solution.

Very generous with the Angie's list discount. Very professional and personable. I would highly recommend Blazer Electric.

Overall, the service was great and they did a fantastic job describing everything to do, explained options and showed up when scheduled. As is normal with any significant work some unforeseen things came up and he did a wonderful job of explaining how we could go from there. Was always courteous and professional with my family and cleaned up very well after each job.
