Jeff's most important focus in the inspection is safety, but he also teaches my clients about their future home, its systems and the life expectancy of major systems such as heating or a roof. He takes time to explain how they work, how to take care of them and whether they need repair or should be replaced. Jeff is very knowledgeable, professional, honest and provides the future homeowner with a very in depth inspection report complete with photos. The report becomes a reference point for years to come. He is also available should questions arise after the inspection. I highly recommend Jeff and will continue to use him in the future.

The inspection was excellent and the inspector was punctual and professional. The inspection was detailed and thorough, and Jeffery made it an interesting experience. He took the time to explain what he was looking for and why it mattered, and he was happy to answer both my husband's and my questions in detail. The house had been inspected twice by the time we made our offer, so we already had a pretty good idea of what problems we would find. But this inspection was more than simply a search for problems; Jeffery gave us a lot of information, both verbally and in the written report, on how to care for the house after we closed. He has a vast knowledge on all aspects involved in building and maintaining a house, but he never once talked down to us. His sense of humor and enthusiasm for his subject were infectious. As we walked around the house, he would give us tips on how to deal with issues, and he stressed safety above all. This didn't stop him from climbing out on the roof (it was a nice day) to inspect it up-close. All-in-all, we spent almost three hours watching him inspect the house from every angle, and not a minute was wasted. He emailed the lengthy report to my husband less than three hours after the inspection was completed. Highly, highly recommended.

He was very detailed and knowledgeable about what was going on with the building. He was extremely informative, especially since we are first-time home buyers, and explained everything to us. He took photos and gave us the report the next day. The price was also very reasonable.
