"Overall, we are very satisfied with the services provided. I was nervous at first, because after they left the first day, the paint wasn't even and there was some paint on our tile. We called them back immediately, and then were very respectful and scheduled an appt for the next morning to fix the paint job. The next day, after the 2nd coat, the room looked amazing. They even got all the paint off the tile. They were very friendly and we will definitely be using their services in the future."

On the other hand, laminate flooring has an average lifespan of around 20 years, and you might only get 10 to 15 years out of low-cost laminate flooring. As such, tile will add far more value to your home than laminate.

Whether you want to match your tile trim with grout comes down to your personal preferences. If you match the two, it can help your tiles to stand out while providing a clean, cohesive look. You can technically install tile over tile, but we don’t suggest it.
