"Ana with A & A Maintenance is a miracle worker. I bought a house that had not been cleaned in a long while due to the health of the previous owner. Ana made it shine and it smells so good! She has a great personality and is so down to earth. I enjoyed getting to know her. She did a deep cleaning for me, but down the road, I will likely hire her to do a regular monthly cleaning. I highly recommend this cleaning company."

Luckily, glass block windows need minimal maintenance. Other than regular cleaning, the only maintenance involved in having a glass block window is inspecting for cracks every year and applying sealer to the mortar joints if the blocks are set in masonry mortar. Glass block windows hold up well against wind and moisture better than traditional windows and are not prone to rot.
Yes, professional window cleaners will clean the surface of the glass on both the inside and the outside. They will usually clean the tracks for your windows, check and clean the weatherstripping, and even disassemble parts of your window, if necessary, to clean and lubricate interior components and moving parts.
Regular cleaning and inspecting seals to prevent fogging and maintain clarity.
Yes, you should plan on being home when a window cleaner is cleaning your windows. The professional will clean both sides of the glass and will likely disassemble parts of your windows from the inside to clean and inspect the inner components, including the balances and weatherstripping. Much of this work requires interior access to your home, which means someone will need to be home to provide access to the window cleaner.
