"We had an urgent need for a professional who could pull up our carpet and inspect it for mice damage and pet damage to the pad. Nick cane out to our house within a couple hours and was able to take care of not only the carpet and carpet pad inspection but also cleaning and sanitizing our carpeting. "Jennifer was fantastic! She was great to work with from start to finish. We had a bedroom/bathroom that had been badly neglected by a tenant for 15 years (dirt, grime, smell, etc.). She spent a few hours beyond what was expected to get it the job done (shampooed carpet five separate times). It look now looks and smells beautiful!
