"Jennifer was fantastic! She was great to work with from start to finish. We had a bedroom/bathroom that had been badly neglected by a tenant for 15 years (dirt, grime, smell, etc.). She spent a few hours beyond what was expected to get it the job done (shampooed carpet five separate times). It look now looks and smells beautiful! "Overall good experience. When he stretched the carpet a spot near a vent needed to be patched. I was never asked he just did it and charged me at the end. I just like to be informed. Looks great and comes with a 2 year warranty. Doesn't clean up the loose carpet really well which takes a whole minute to do yourself. Looks and functions well overall. Would use again."
