They performed the recall first, and then moved it to the service AMA. Completed everything within two hours.

Recently moved to area from out-of-state and needed service on a 2005 Mustang. Initial service performed and repair scheduled promptly. While this is huge dealership everyone I had contact with were professional, friendly and courteous.

Salesman, Dave Frontzen, was very helpful when ordering the pick up I wanted. He didn't try to sell me what they had on the lot. After I purchased my pickup, the General Manager Scott Politte, personally thanked me. That meant a lot to me.

Stivers has been working for about 2 weeks now on possibly fixing my vehicle. They have been in contact with my insurance company and me during the entire process. Unfortunately my insurance deemed the vehicle totalled but I still really appreciate Stivers assistance. Both Anthony and Wes are wonderful. No matter what sort of help I need, Stivers is always there for me.

Roger received my car then made me comfortable in waiting room until work completed as explained in a previous visit. Work completed in an acceptable time. No problems with window at this time.

Check in with bad tire. They fixed it, said was lucky didn't have to buy new one.

When we went to this dealer we were ready to buy we just were not sure what car we wanted. The salesman that helped us was spencer. He did not pressure us into a vehicle we didn't need and did not try to make us spend more than our set budget. He did steer us in the right direction to help us find the vehicle that fit our family. It's really more my experience with spencer than the dealership. We will be returning to do business with him. He was fantastic!

My car-buying experience at Stivers was better than I'd dealt with anywhere to-date. The salesman was willing to negotiate to knock a bit off of the asking price, so I drove away with a nice-looking car with under 80,000 miles that cost $6,000 (taxes included). The purchasing process was easy (especially since this time around I wasn't looking to finance) and the car has proven to be in tip-top shape (all work the dealership had done on it after they accepted it as a trade-in was documented and they passed along a copy of that paperwork for my records, which I also appreciated). I've met a few of the men who work in the service department and know how hard they work to provide quality service. What car servicing and repairs we can't manage at home I intend to have Stivers Ford tend to. A+ rating in my book.

Stivers knows I have a disability and they are kind enough to pick upo my car sometimes when it needs service and deliver it when it is done. Their service manager Roger Martin has always taken great care to explain things to me and to not do anything that did not need to be done. Likewise, if something needed to be done, he told me and they did it right.Everything is always without any problems and the car is returned clean and promptly.

I bought my car from them. I have kept going back there for oil changes. They are very personable.
