This may seem expensive, but there’s a minimum charge of $250 for each job. If it’s a quick fix for me (like half an hour or less), I might even tackle a few extra small tasks while I’m there! This could be anything from mounting a second small TV to adjusting doors and windows for better weather sealing. I’m also happy to climb a tall ladder to fix some siding or change a few light bulbs. My goal is to make sure you feel like that minimum charge was totally worth it! With our clearly documented agreement and first part of the project wrapped up, my rate continues at $100 per hour. This way, you can add as MANY tasks and projects as you want without needing a separate proposal. My prices will not fit everyone’s budget, and that’s completely okay.
