"Titan did a magnificent job on my property during the past week. I needed the following done: Grading work on my 3 acre property and three different types of rocks delivered. I also needed additional black dirt brought in to make it perfect. From start to finish the communication was excellent with Will. He let me know what time they would get to my job and everything that was going on during the work process. This is something that a lot of contractors just fail to do in my past experiences. They provide top notch equipment, with many different attachments for various types of jobs during the entire process. This ensures that the job is done correctly, the first time! Lastly, customer service could not be better. They (Will and Tim) stayed with the job until I was completely satisfied. Always keeping a great attitude no matter how many questions I asked. Even going the extra nine yards finishing the job better than I expected. "

"They had a big job to do in removing a huge maple tree and were to remove the stump and haul away the debris. It ended up they left the tree stump debris and a friend removed it for me but found after removing the debris that the company hadnâ t fully removed the stump per our agreement. I have tried to contact them but have heard nothing back. I had appreciated that they came out quickly and got the tree down in a day. So they did a good job with that. I am just not happy that they didnâ t finish the job of the stump removal."

"Morning of 8/28 @ 8am I was told by Eric I was on that Day's schedule for service to be completed. Crew shows up at 4:30pm and cuts down tree leaving all the debris laying in the middle of the yard, And just leave the job unfinished. I reached out to Eric again with my concerns and asked when everything would get cleaned up, including stump removal. He assured me after a slight mechanical issue with one of the trucks, that his crew would be back later that night to remove the stump and clean up all the debris. Finally a guy shows up a couple hours later and removes the stump, this time leaving another HUGE mess of wood chips all over my yard, and all the tree debris just continued to lay in the middle of my yard untouched. And, once again, the guy just leaves with ZERO communication! I expressed my frustration to Eric, who continued to just makeup excuses. I told him I was dissatisfied with the quality of service and I'd be talking with the owner Jake. Eric became rude and unfriendly to work with. I spoke with Jake and explained the days events and my frustration with the quality of his crew. He too was rude and not willing to take responsibility for the poor quality. Worst at communication l. Will never use again or recommend"
