My service was an Insurance Claim and BFC advised they would work with my Insurance Company, Who was never able to reach anyone there. BFC has you sign a document that authorizing your Insurance to pay them directly then they drop off a bill at your home stating, DUE NOW and file a lien. I'm so glad I did not continue with this company to reinstall my damanged flooring. They had already filed a Lien on my property for the Water Removal. Never once advised me of this action. Check Sec of State website, you may have a Lien on your property."
