 + -1 moreAC unit stopped working on the weekend. The customer service agent called with 24 hours to make the appointment for the next business day. The technician showed within the appointment window and called 20 minutes prior to arrival to confirm. Courteous and knowledgeable. Quickly diagnosed issues with HVAC, and made reasonable recommendations. Waiting on recommendation from warranty company.
