Description of Work: Dried house from bath faucet water leak.

Description of Work: Most of the expense was covered under my homeowners insurance. I paid the $1000. deductible. I found water on the floor of my kitchen which was seeping from between laminate floor tiles. I went into the basement and found water dripping from the ceiling and a puddle on the floor. I called my insurance carrier who called ServPro. They arrested the leakage, pulled down the ceiling in the basement and treated for mold prevention. They took up the flooring in the kitchen and removed the sink base unit that was ruined. That entailed removing a large section of Corian that included the sink. They even replaced a piece of subflooring that would not dry properly. They did all they had to do to prepare the restoration people to come in and finish putting my house back together. An upsetting disruption in normal life that could have been very unpleasant. However, the crew kept me informed of what they needed to do and were very helpful and friendly. That went a long way in alleviating a lot of the stress involved in such an undertaking. The work was done professionally and completely.
