The company representatives were very prompt at coming out and giving us an estimate on what we wanted moved.
We ended up adding more items to be moved than what was previously discussed and there was no problem in doing so.
We changed the move dates a little and the company worked with us well.
The only comments we would make that are not excellent are that on both move dates, the crew was late or had to be rescheduled due to truck problems. The first time the shuttle truck was in the shop and the second time was that the battery on the moving truck was dead and the crew had to wait until it could be recharged. As far as appearance is concerned, the moving crew did not have any type of identifying uniforms or company shirts, etc, and arrived in jeans/shorts and tshirts.
After arriving at our home, the crew worked nonstop as fast as they could to move our furnishings and boxes. When they arrived at the new house they had no problem in putting each piece of furniture where we wanted it to be so we did not have to worry about moving it later.
This job was well worth the cost and we would highly recommend them.

They are wonderful and very organized. They are the nicest people. They moved some bedroom furniture for us and we couldn’t be more pleased. We will be using them again in the future with our move.

For the most part it went well. They underestimated the size truck they needed on the estimate. They needed to bring another truck. They were understaffed for the offload of the truck on arrival. That proved to be a little more problematic than expected. Otherwise everything went pretty well. I would consider using them again but I'd probably see if there were other options first.

They moved me 2000 miles. They were cheap and they didn't break anything. The price was dirt cheap.

Overall this company did a Great Job. They listened to all of our needs and made sure we were completely satisfied. They placed our furniture and office items just where we wanted them. The day after the move we were given a courtesy call to ask if everything was OK and how did the move go. They were very concerned with all aspects of the move. I would use them again without any worry of hesitation. I highly recommend them !
