 + -1 moreIt went terribly poorly. First, the foundation was bowed and had to be corrected; which he did correct. Then the finished flooring which was supposed to be high quality finished concrete suitable for our homje's interior was totally unsatisfactory. The floor was not even level and was so rough you could not even sweep it to clean it.
Description of Work: We hired this contractor, Georgia Mountain Concrete Services owned by Brian Schmitz, to provide the flooring for a new porch and sunroom. He had no samples to show us, which should have been as red flag, so we chose from some jphotos he provided. The finished floor was totally unsuitable for an interior floor and was not level. His response to our concerns was basically a shrug and too bad. We had to pay to have someone wlse re-do the entire floor. I would never ever recommend this guy to anyone.
