This man is a fraud, he is not certified in anything, he doesn't pull the proper permits and doesn't complete the project as agreed, hires people off the street because he has no employees. This man has also been charged with fraud and spent time in prison for it. Consumers beware, has not been verified by Angie's. This man preys on elderly homeowners who are unable to do their own repairs.
