I scheduled an appointment a few days ahead. They ran diagnostics on my car radio - a JVC. No power. They trouble shot the system and found a problem under the dash which they repaired. Radio is working perfectly, now. Price was reasonable (under $50) for the troubleshooting and repair. Scheduled appointment less than 1 week ahead, dropped off the car on time, and picked it up about 3 hours later. They offer while-you-wait and by-appointment service. Their by-appointment calendar fit my schedule better than while-you-wait. Very polite and friendly. Would take my car audio problems there again. Much shorter back-log than major competitors, and more personal, small business.

Everything went pretty good and the prices they charge are better than most. The staff answered all my questions and the whole company is very professional. I stopped in on a Friday and they took my car in on Monday. As I was leaving I noticed a small bubble and they corrected the problem right away.
