Overall, the project went very well. The final result is quite good. The new floor ties seamlessly into the old floor, the interior and exterior paint match the existing house, and the new windows are lovely.
There were some delays related to ordering windows. We thought we could reuse some of the existing windows, then found that they were too damaged to reuse. Bryan had to order more windows and that took some time.

Completed project within promised time frame and within budget.  Bryan is a pleasure to deal with and he will be at the top of the call list for my next project.

I recently moved into a new home and had a list of things that I needed to have done.  Brian was recommended by someone so I gave him a call.  He arrived on time, was friendly, professional and even made a great recommendation to increase the space in my closet.  He provided an estimate and we scheduled a time for him to do the work.  As a single woman I am always scared of being taken advantage of since I have no idea how much most repairs cost.  I showed the estimate to two men that themselves use a handyman.  I was told the prices were reasonable.
Brian did an great job.  Everything was completed as agreed upon.  He cleaned everything up after each task was completed.  There were a couple cabinets that didn't work out and he put them in the car so I could return them.  When he gave me the final bill it was very reasonable.
I would highly recommend Brian to anyone looking for a reliable professional that charges a fair price for excellent work.  In the spring I am having hin do a bigger job outside,  I now trust him and know the quality of his work so there is no need to call around.
