While I do like the nursery very much I was very disappointed in the landscape design. They came out and we talked about design ideas and creating phases of work to be done. I told them what I liked, didn't like, and hoped to include in my back door. When I got the design back it didn't include any of the items I asked for and some that I had specifically mentioned I didn't want. Additionally I am still waiting for an estimated cost to have the work done. It's been about 6 months.

Everything went according to plan. They are always on time and very professional. Jim came first to go over specs and what needed to be done. Call them early as they are extremely busy .... great hard working crew!!

Good job. I deal with Chris who is outstanding. I have dealt with them for 20 years. I will be having them do more work later this year.

Went very well. Arrived on time, did work quickly. Crew was courteous and performed everything agreed upon when the crew manager visited and gave me the estimate prior to date work was done.

We hired a separate tree service to take out the trees. We had Chris do an initial design for $300. Twin Branches graded the area, planted new plants and transplanted existing ones based on the initial design they created for us. The process took some time because they were booked several weeks out and we also had to coordinate a fence installation as well as irrigation installation. They actually recommended and worked closely with Marietta Irrigation and they communicated with one another to make sure things we done in lock-step. They installed six pallets of TifGrand Burmuda along with a bunch of other landscaping. However, after a few weeks, it was apparent that there was a problem with the grass. It looked like two different grasses were installed and it was infested with army worms. Twin Braches got the grass from a 3rd party farm and worked with them and us to completely rip out and replace the lawn. The new one has been in a few weeks now and looks good so far. While the lawn problems were a pain, Twin Branches, specifically Kevin, they're installation guy, did a great job making sure it got fixed and they stood behind their work. Can't ask for more than that. We plan to use them to put in more landscaping this fall in our front yard. I would recommend them. Just be patient when scheduling since I think they only have one installation team (which is probably a good thing).

Chris was right on the money when it came to the number of trees to be removed and the number to be planted. We had the shrubs planted and they look great. Everyone was very polite and professional. Everyone did an awesome job. We are very pleased with the job. I have already recommended the nursery to my friends.

It took three weeks to get their landscape designer Chris to come to my house. I was told it would take about two weeks for the drawings. It took seven weeks and three phone calls before my plans were prepared. The price was a little higher than I expected and the plans were ok but not great. I called and asked that they provide me with a quote for the landscape installation and have not heard back from them and it has now been over a month. They seem to have more work than they can handle or they are managed very poorly. Either way, their customer service has been terrible and I would not reckoned them at all given this experience. I do not know how you can trust a company that is this unresponsive to provide you with a good product at a fair price. I am moving on to the next landscape company on the list and would recommend you do the same.

Twin Branch's crews will come with a foreman (in our case, Woody), and several workers which is determined by the size of the job. Just about everyone speaks perfect English and/or understands English. In our case everyone jumped in with total professionalism to complete the job in a timely manner. All trash was hauled away, respect to our property was first and foremost, and the quality of material was excellent. It pays to deal with a nursery that are also landscapers.

This is a private nursery with 6 acres of property. They carry a large inventory of plants and trees, as well as landscaping rocks, etc. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They know their stuff and can give excellent guidance about what you can plant where, how to plant, etc. They seem to cater mostly to professional landscapers, but homeowners are always very welcomed, whether buying one plant or enough for a whole yard. They'll load your vehicle and also offer delivery services. While their address is Woodstock, GA, they're located close to Hwy 92 very close to Roswell.
