Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control of Woodstock, Georgia

The tech was professional, respectful of our home, thorough, and service was punctual and great. They even followed up to make sure everything was alright.

I hired Truly Nolan after having a horrible run with Orkin. Christ spent about 15 min on the phone with me before he even came out, and that conversation was incredibly valuable.  Wheras the other companies I interviewd were trying to sell me a service and contract, he was truly talking with me about my problem.  I was excited to hire him after our phone conversation because he already had given me education and assurance that he could help me and not just show up with a cansiter of bug spray.   When we moved into our home, we had Orkin come in and treat first and all they did is come in with a pesticide tank and spray the house inside and out.  Then I had a bunch of dead cockroaches, centipedes, and bugs not dead trying to exodus out.   
Chris came in with a much more strategic approach. First and foremost he assessed the situation to see what we had, and even after 4 treatments from Orkin, we still had a mess.  He spend over an hour knocking down webs, assessing the property and then spraying and baiting as he deemed appropriate.  He was very careful to set up a perimeter only outside the home so that the bugs inside the home could leave and bugs outside the home would die. Whatever bait he set out for the ants seems to have worked for the most part.  We started with a very bad ant problem when we moved in.  They were inside the garage wall, and got to the point they covered the entire garage floor.   
We did have to have him out two more times for the ants, but they were treatments to specific parts of the home and probably remaining colonies.  Anyone my husband has talked to have said the ants have been horrible this summer.  It's also been SO rainy this summer that the bait has not lasted as long as it normally does.  Chris came out  with quick response and professionalism both times and prevented a huge recurrence of ants coming back.   He even checked back to make sure things were still under control.  I haven't seen a centipeded since, which is nice!
 
I interviewed 4 other companies after our bad experience with Orkin and Truly Nolan was the only company I was comfortable hiring.  He was the only one who explained in detail whey they do quarterly services instead of monthly or bimonthly that I'm used to.  He also explained the nature of the chemicals and his products so I understood what he was doing and why and how it would affect the bugs and our home.  We've got chemical sensitivities and their products don't make me feel sick like other companies have done.   I can breathe when they leave if they do spray inside. 
I like the seasonal targeted approach and the education on what was safe (bug wise, we aren't from the south, so all these bugs are new to us!), what we needed to avoid, and what was actually good to let alone,  was incredibly helpful.  He was also very compassionate to my over reaction to these huge bugs that I'm not used to from being out west along the Front Range of the Rockies.
