This company agreed to clean my home every two weeks. The first cleaning went well and we were very satisfied. The second cleaning was a disaster -- another cleaner arrived, went through the house, but upon inspection before she left, we found she had not cleaned the master bath. When we pointed this out she said she had no cleaning product so could she use what we had. After she had left, we found the kitchen counters had not been cleaned and that soap suds were deposited all over our wood floors. We reported the job on Monday and were given apologies with a proposed discount for the next cleaning which we scheduled. Two weeks later no cleaner arrived and upon calling, we were told we were not scheduled. That was the last we heard from Top Notch.
