I got a call in the middle of the night that the hot water heater had deposited 3" of standing water in the ground floor of my townhouse. I was out of town and the tenant was panicking. Johnny came recommended by the plumber and walked me through everything right over the phone. Tidal Wave cleaned up the water and had fans & de-humidifiers on site immediately. It was a smaller job, but he took the time to take care of everything and even followed up with an inspection. He worked with my tenant and helped me out with the insurance company.

Johnny on the spot, really is Johnny on the spot.
Johnny was out just 30 minutes after I called him. He has a great understanding of this type of water damage and knows how to mitigate the damage, dry everything out, tear into walls and floors to assess damage and deal with insurance side to get damages covered and repaired correctly.
This water in my crawlspace turned into a broken kitchen drain pipe that included tearing flooring and walls in kitchen and dining area. Drying out. Then putting it all back together. All the people associated with Tidal Wave from the mitigation team to Contents company to flooring and drywall people were excellent. Everyone was exactly on time or early. Very good at their jobs, polite, respectful of my home and dogs. My kitchen looks great.
This is a great company and I hope to never have another bout of water damage to my home but I will call Tidal Wave back in to fix me up!
