First, Karen told me everything that needed work in the house in order to rent it. Then she either met with the workers or told them how to access the property to perform the work. She advertised the house for me on her listings and made it accessible to other realtors. She then met with potential renters. After finding a tenant for me, she had a credit check performed for me, and later met with the tenant to do the move-in and walkthrough, providing the paperwork I requested.
Recently, at my request, she sent me comparable listings in the area so I could negotiate a lower fair market value rate with the county.
I was very happy with Karen and would recommend her to someone trying to rent their house or to someone want to buy or sell their house. She is very hard-working, honest, and responsible.
