I bought the big deal $28 for $80 worth of cleaning service. The merchant was very responsive to phone calls to arrange for the pick up. I was told to put my Laundry out on my porch and it would be picked up at 8am in the morning. The Laundry didn't get picked up till 3 PM. Did not like having my laundry sit on my porch all day. I was assured that the Big Deal would cover the expense of my laundry - 3 baskets - I asked several times. After they took the laundry they said that it would now by $129.99. A ridiculous price for 3 baskets of Laundry. Further they told me I could send my dryer sheets etc. and they would send back the unused portions and that they only used Tide products. I sent a pack of Dryer sheets, I did not get the sheets back and they did not use them (or tide). Our clothes STINK - we are having to rewash all of them. They did not put on hangers all the things they said they would. Etc. I feel like this was a rip off. I ended paying out of Pocket about $80 for an order that would have been $40 at my regular laundry service and I am having to rewash the clothes. Avoid this Bid Deal - it should be the Big Scam.

"Thank you for your comments. We clearly stated to have laundry out by 8 am because that is when driver begin pickups. We do pickups between 8-5. As to cost, we advised if you give clothing in the tall kitchen bags, it would meet $80 threshold, you gave clothing to us in 3 very large hampers and weight exceeded $80 amount. As to clothing, you provided us with 10 dryer sheets, you had 2 very large dryers. We put 5 in each dryer. So any smell would come from dryer sheets as we used Tide Free and Clear. We also received a very generous tip for service provided. I am sorry you are unhappy with service. We normally receive accolades as we are very conscious of the fact we are given the responsibility of caring for our customers clothes as if they are our own. If you ever would like to give us another chance, we will be sure to use our products only. We appreciate your comments again and we will use them to help us in our growth. Regards."

She didn’t have any control with when I could pick up the laundry. It was very difficult to contact them. She did a great job.

It was perfect. I was so happy with it. It was so convenient. Everything stood out including the convenience of having it picked up, the condition of the folding and everything when it came back. They were good about telling what the time would be. I'm going to use them again. I asked if they would do the coverlets for my bed and they said, "No problem." They said just call them anytime.

They were going to charge me an extra $10 delivery charge and another $5 charge but she said she would not do this for me since the deal did not state this. She was very professional and courteous and she always answered the phone.

I used The Laundry Lady who was recommended by Angie's List. I have a huge quilt that wouldn't even fit in my washing
machine and another smaller cotton quilt. The Laundry Lady gives 24 hour service and I didn't have to spend a couple of hours babysitting my stuff in a laundromat!

The items were each wrapped in protective plastic bags and on my step when I got home the next day. I highly recommend her service.

It's so easy. I make arrangements for her service to pick up. The driver come whether we are home or not (just simply talk to Toni and arrange how you'd like them to access your clothes). When she recieves my laundry, she sends me a text or calls to let me know how much my service will be this round. She delivers next day and sometimes same day of pick up! My clothes are always so neat and fresh. As a married mom of one (and one on the way), I can't comment enough on how much this service has blessed my life. Just fantastic! We will continue to use her in the future!

I had a ton of laundry that had taken over my house due to a sick parent
and crazy work hours. It was depressing and causing problems between me
and my husband. I found the Laundry Lady online and she did everything
she advertised: picked up my laundry from my house, cleaned and folded
everything, dry cleaned some things, hung up clothes and delivered them
all back to me. It was amazing. She even refreshed and folded clothes
that I had washed and dried but couldn't get around to folding and
hanging up. I definitely recommend this service
