I ordered a phone through t-mobile's AAA office. The phone arrived with someone phone number on it. I needed a phone right., away so I went to the store, purchase a new one and mail back the other phone. It took 3 billing cycles and numerous calls with promises to stop being billed for the previous phone and the second phone line, both of which I never used and I was under a warranty plan. Over time the service leaves a lot to be desired. I was grateful that my last interaction with customer service finally ended up with great results. How long that will last is yet to be seen. Why do I stay with them? They don't surcharge me to death like ATand T and I like the reasonable phone plans.

I like their services. Their prices are really good and they respond to any concerns that I have. I usually go to the store or call on the phone to talk to a representative.

I started using them about 3 years ago. There wasn't a particular reason I started using them. I just got mad at my old provider and swathed to T-Mobile. They are more customer oriented. Their prices are higher but they take their time with their customers.

The customer service has been very good so far. We've had to call them several times to check up on stuff. The pricing is excellent. They have a price range and you can pick and choose different things; we just picked out what we needed and it was there. It fits any need. The phones are great and the service is excellent. We have a whole lot more areas where we can get service now.
