Description of Work: A total rip off for cellular service and phone took advantage of a 78 yr man with him not knowledgable on the way the plan work. Sold him this service to him for $52.50 a month with internet & texting which they knew he didnt know how to to do this and the rep. done it anyway. He was on a family plan with him the only one using one phone which was way out of date.And customer service is a joke nobody even supervisiors can make any changes to any account the only way is via e-mail to customer relation.

 + -1 moreI ordered a phone through t-mobile's AAA office. The phone arrived with someone phone number on it. I needed a phone right., away so I went to the store, purchase a new one and mail back the other phone. It took 3 billing cycles and numerous calls with promises to stop being billed for the previous phone and the second phone line, both of which I never used and I was under a warranty plan. Over time the service leaves a lot to be desired. I was grateful that my last interaction with customer service finally ended up with great results. How long that will last is yet to be seen. Why do I stay with them? They don't surcharge me to death like ATand T and I like the reasonable phone plans.
Description of Work: My last interaction with the company went well however, I have a past with the company that is awful. On the most recent bad interaction, I was being billed for a phone I had sent back.

 + -1 moreI started using them about 3 years ago. There wasn't a particular reason I started using them. I just got mad at my old provider and swathed to T-Mobile. They are more customer oriented. Their prices are higher but they take their time with their customers.

 + -1 moreThe customer service has been very good so far. We've had to call them several times to check up on stuff. The pricing is excellent. They have a price range and you can pick and choose different things; we just picked out what we needed and it was there. It fits any need. The phones are great and the service is excellent. We have a whole lot more areas where we can get service now.
Description of Work: They're my cell service provider. My wife and I each have a cell phone with no roaming charges and 700 minutes combined.
