I hired this company to service my home for over 2 years. Initially they did an excellent job. Then the owner stopped coming out with the cleaning team and the quality started to go down...to the point that they have severely damaged my dark hard wood floors. During the last and final cleaning 1 week ago the cleaners left a large scratch in my wood floor in the kitchen and failed to say anything about it. I discovered the scratch over the week and immediately contacted the owner. My husband and I are the only occupants of my home and could not have done this. The scratch went all the way under a rug that is only moved when they clean. She replied that there is a 24 hr warranty to claim any damage by her company. This is listed no where on the website and I was never informed of this policy. She has failed to respond to anymore of my text messages and will not call me to discuss. After I sent her a photo of the scratch she didn’t deny the cleaning crew did it. The owner Luciana may seem nice and flexible with fitting you in for cleaning but be aware that her cleaners are not professional. They do not listen to directions like do not drag furniture on delicate floors and they drop things on your floors. They have bleached a bathroom rug and said nothing, broken an expensive Bona mop and failed to replace it. They miss cleaning mirrors, baseboards, glass, things that should be done routinely. You have to supply your own cleaning products and tools. Luciana will not claim responsibility for any damage...now I’m seeking legal counsel.

"Based on the conversation we had on 7/27 I think that it is impossible for my crew to have scratched your floor because the only way that they could do that was if they used a vacuum cleaner on your floor. During the 2 years that we have been working for you, you never allowed us to vacuum your wood floor, only use your broom and your mop and you have always been at the house inspecting their job during and after the service. One week later you say that you think we scratched your floor . We did not move any heavy furniture and our crew wears soft sole shoes and only use you cleaning products and tools. We are insured and bonded and are willing to address any issues we may have caused . In this case we did not harm your home especially because they didn’t use any kind of wood floor vacuum at your house, again you never allowed us to do that."

It was amazing! I use this service about once a month to clean my three story townhouse. All the workers are very nice and respectful and I always know that I will come home to a super clean house that smells nice. Having a clean house really takes my stress away from a long day of work. I definitely recommend them to everyone I know!

I had them on May 2nd and then I had them again on June 13, and there's a problem of each one of these dates. On May 2, they did a good job cleaning and I wrote one of the girls a check for $200 and I talked to the owner, Luiciana and told in condition that I want the check to be deposited into the bank on the 3rd and she agreed to have the check put in the next morning. On Friday, I found out through the bank that she deposited the check on that day when I gave her the check and the bank charged me $36 for the insufficient funds. The next time they came was on the 13th of June, and this time she sent 2 Portuguese girls that are not speaking in English and I had to call her 3 times for her to tell them what to do. We spent 20-30 mins translating and trying to tell them what needed to be done. I told the owner that I needed at least 1 cleaner that speaks English so that I could explain what I wanted and I'm paying them for $200 for 3 hour work and the 20-30 mins was wasted on the translation process. I'm not having them back because she can't seem to come up to have one person that could speak English.
