Sun Room Enclosures

It’s been over one year now and the job is still not done. It took 6 months for anything to start, and then another 6 months to get to where there is literally only a days work left. I have been chasing Tom down for months begging for an update and completion with very delayed responses. I even called Angies to ask for assistance and they stated that if I paid a fee then they would help even though they recommended the contractor to me in their top 3. There are only a few items left to be done and it would be nice to have this project completed since I paid for it. My development has been extremely upset with my yard as they continue to leave trash, materials, and unfinished work for the last year. I have texts and phone calls to prove this. This job was supposed to be completed before covid hit and impacted the world in terms of supply shortages. Since he waited so long to start, he then used the pandemic as the reason. I had to notify him when materials were back in stock and I had to prove it to him. This has been unbelievable and the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor.
