Scott and Tina helped us find our dream home! They came highly recommended by close friends of ours. They made the entire process go smoothly. We had high confidence in every step and were comfortable with all of our decisions. They are extremely knowledgeable about real estate and the area which was helpful as we came from several states away. They always went out of their way to accommodate us. Not only did we gain a place to call home, but we gained new friends as well!

Tina is a powerhouse of real estate excellence! We met her when we accidentally showed up a week early for an open house and she was touring the home with a client and was kind enough to give us her contact info. I like to the thing the universe was looking out because she was the perfect realtor for us! Tina helped us find our new home in Roswell and she graciously answered my first time home buyer questions and talked me through the process the whole way through. I appreciate how she educates clients, and advocates for them during the offer/amendment/purchasing process! I would highly recommend Ritch Realty Group to anyone looking to buy a home in the northern metro-Atlanta area. They're phenomenally dedicated to giving an amazing experience to their clients.

I originally called Scott because he had sold the house across the street. I was an out of town owner and I new I needed to do some renovations in order to sell my house. The level of service that Scott provided was not only outstanding but tremendously exceeded my expectations! He was knowledgeable in all aspects of the process from helping me find the right contractor to understanding my local market. Everything Scott told me from day one was exactly accurate. He does not pressure but offers very well measured advice. I felt like I was his top client in spit of the fact he is a top agent with a long list of clients. The bottom line is he sold my house within 48 hours. I would highly recommend Scott to anyone in the ATL area.Less
