+ -1 moreWE AGREED THAT I WOULD PAY IN TWO PAYMENTS, HALF UP FRONT, AND THE OTHER HALF WHEN THE JOB WAS FINISHED. HE CAME TO ME BEFORE THE JOB WAS DONE AND ASKED THAT I GO AHEAD AND PAY HIM IN FULL SO HE COULD PAY THE STUMP GRINDER. I PAID HIM AND THEN HE CAME BACK ONLY ONCE AFTER MULTIPLE CALLS, AND DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB. I ALSO PAID HIM $20 FOR A ROOF REPAIR, HE CASHED THE CHECK BUT NEVER FIXED THE ROOF. ON THE PHONE, HE WAS ABUSIVE AND USED FOUL LANGUAGE. I ENDED UP HAVING TO TAKE HIM TO COURT AND WON A RULING AGAINST HIM IN MY FAVOR (MAGISTRATE COURT OF CHEROKEE COUNTY, GEORGIA). DURING THE PROCEEDINGS IN COURT, THE JUDGE HAD TO THREATEN TO HOLD HIM IN CONTEMPT AND THROW HIM IN JAIL BECAUSE HE WAS SO UNRULY.
Description of Work: CONTRACTED WITH HIM TO TAKE DOWN 3 TREES, STUMPS & ROOTS.
