"Mr. & Mrs. [Member Name Removed], When Mr. [Member Name Removed] came to our office and made final payment, he did not mention any unfinished work. I have signed final punch list and and signature on our final completion document. When you were given your warranty packet, the day Mr. [Member Name Removed] made final payment at our office, we reviewed in detail the process for filing a warranty claim. [Member Name Removed] said he completely understood. To date, neither Mr or Mrs [Member Name Removed] have called or filed a request for warranty work. We have been through two arbitration processed with both Trustdale and the Better Business Bureau, with the same outcome, the case was closed without out fault. Both times we have requested that you submit a warranty request. Again, as of today you have never done so. We are more than willing to discuss the issues you claim, please call our office 678-990-6921. Thank you, Renovation Associates"

I had the bathrooms done first to make sure I was happy with that project and that I could work well with the contractor. The bathrooms came out great. Everyone who came out to do work was knowledgeable and trustworthy. Then we started on the kitchen, dining room and family room. Bryan went with me to his recommended flooring, granite and cabinet places. Everyone had quality materials and was easy to work with. Bryan made sure that all of the work was done correctly and to my satisfaction. If there was a problem or concern, it was take care of (even after the work was completed and paid for). My only negative comment would be that there were days when no one came and the project took longer than anticipated. But I have no regrets about using them for the project. I get so many compliments on how nice everything looks and the quality of the materials. Everything is beautiful, and I know they stand behind their work.
