I'd like to echo all the great reviews here, but this company never did any work for us. Quoted a job and then scheduled for Monday at 9am. No call and no show by 11am. We call after not hearing anything from anyone. They have technician call who explains he's tending to an emergency. No problem at all. We'll reschedule. We agree on Wed afternoon. Shortly after, I get a text message saying work is scheduled for Thursday. Again, no problem. Working from home, fits better with our schedule. So Thursday comes, and 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment, they text me again saying work is now scheduled for Monday. We call the office asking for explanation, scheduler says we'll have the owner call. That never happens. We call and ask them to take us off the schedule as we'll be taking our business elsewhere. Technician decides to show up and says he'll start the job but can't complete it as he has another customer at 5pm. No thanks. Get your logistics and scheduling straight before wasting anyone else's time.
