option, technical and cost (long and short term). When I made my
decision he made very sure that i understood what I was getting into in
both time and cost. He then performed the work quickly and
professionally. He was also very patient with my watching what he was
doing and answering my questions.
Steven was prompt for our first appointment and gave me a detailed, itemized quote that included all the materials to be used and how the job was to be completed. The utility locate was completed the next day and then work began. The water line replacement took less than a full day to complete and the yard was left in good shape, with very minimal wear to the grass. The job inside the house was scheduled for a different day and took just a couple of hours. While working inside the house, Steven let my eleven year old daughter watch him solder (safely from a distance, of course) and charmed her such that she invited him to dinner!
Steven's communication with me was via email, text and phone. In all cases, he was warm and enthusiastic. He was honest about how long the work would take both inside and outside the home. Although Primo prefers checks, they accepted my credit card with a small additional service fee (and they were STILL the lowest quote even with this extra).
Forget the huge, impersonal plumbing outfits. We plan on using Primo Plumbing for all our future plumbing work!
