During a trip out of state a window on my Yukon XL slide down and would not stay up. Once we were home, I contacted Larry at Atlanta Window Repair after searching Angie's List for a Window Repair company. Larry asked for the make and model of the car and what the window was doing, he was able to quote me a price of what he believed was the problem. Larry gave me a time he would be at my home that afternoon to fix the window. He arrived in the at the time arranged, fixed the window in approx. 30 minutes for the price quoted over the phone.
The window is just like new. We really appreciate Larry's professionalism.

He claimed not to use after market products. I drive a 1998 Grand Marquis. The window worked fine for over 12 years using the original equipment. His repair lasted only about a year and half, and it failed. I called him back and he charged me another $199 for repairs, and it has just failed again in October of this year. I've paid twice for this repair and I believe it should have lasted more than a few years, if he was in fact using OEM equipment and it was repaired properly.

Larry was very professional, courteous and prompt. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone based on my description of the problem. However, he came prepared with extra replacement parts in case there were other problems. He did not try to sell me any parts or service that I did not need. I will definitely use him again!

Called him on Monday, he ordered the part but was not sure exactly when it would come in. Gave me the estimate on the phone, and it stayed the same when he finished. It came in on Wednesday afternoon, set an appt for Thursday. He came on time, replaced the window power unit and assembly within the hour. He was very friendly, and gave advice on the rubber seal that would need eventual replacement as well. Couple of notes, he does not repair the window itself, like if you have a crack that needs filling, he just does the power unit replacement. The unit has a 1 year warranty he backs up personally, if you have issues after he replaces it, he will come back and replace it again.

He did a good job repairing our window. He came out to my house to do the repair. The window regulator was damaged so he took that out and put in a new window regulator. He made sure that the window worked. The price was a little bit high. If I went to the dealership they probably would have charged me the same amount. He was very professional and did a good job. Being that his price is so high I will try to find somebody cheaper.

I found Power Window Repair of Atlanta on the web, double checked its rating on Angie's List and decided to give them a try. I told Larry what was wrong with the window (it would slip down and could not be rolled back up), he knew from my description what the problem was and gave me an estimate right then. He ordered the part and in four days called to schedule the actual repair. I was impressed at how quickly the repair was done, and it was at the estimated cost, which is quite reasonable. Larry was very courteous and professional and, best of all, he comes to you to do the repair. Highly recommended.

I called up the day before and he told me he would be out to my house the next afternoon. When he came out he had the right part to fix it. It took him about a half hour. It was fixed and everything was cleaned up. I paid on sight with a credit card. I had another window in this car do the same thing about a year ago and I took it to a dealer who had the car all day and charged me 30% more for the exact same work.

I called Power Window of Atlanta the Sunday afternoon that I experienced the problem and left a message stating what the problem was. I received a call-back the very next morning and got a basic diagnosis and estimate over the phone. My car was repaired that very day for a price $50 cheaper than originally quoted (the problem ended up being slightly different than diagnosed sight unseen) AND the price was approximately $200 cheaper than the dealership's estimate. I would not hesitate to use this service again and have already recommended him to my neighbor!

I spoke with the owner of the company early on Monday afternoon trying to get an estimate to replace the window regulator. (Part that makes the power window go up and down). Roger was the third place I spoke with after the dealership said $600 to make the repair. Not only did Roger tell me what the problem was he said I can come to your office today and get you done. I set up an appointment for lunchtime and Roger showed up about 10 minutes 'til noon and explained what he was going to do. Forty five minutes later the window regulator was in, the windows cleaned and I was on my way.
