"Hello and thank you for your review. We do take customer service very seriously and I wanted to let you know that you have a legitimate gripe. We did take several phone calls from this customer and one of our representatives on the phone did not do a good job of describing what we offer. We do offer Quarterly payments which was clearly indicated. What is a slightly different request is quarterly contracts, which is challenging given the requirements of the Georgia Department of Agriculture(our regulating government body). We do however have a way to "skin this cat" and we will be contacting the customer to offer that method. We did fail to adequately describe it on the customers first and second call and we will be working very hard to remedy this situation not only for this customer but for future customers who have this same unique need (house for sale during renewal period). "Hello and thanks for your overall good review. I am sorry you were upset about the re-installation fee, but your renewal was due in October and we wait as long as possible before we remove stations and we didn't remove yours until January 15th. I can see you called us 10/2 and weren't able to provide an email. We did call you back on 30 minutes later but never heard back from you and without an email, the only thing we could do was continue calling which we did on 10/18, 12/20 before we finally decided to remove the stations on January 15th. We also mailed several reminders during this period which went unanswered. There is obviously a cost for us to remove and reinstall stations but we keep it to a bare minimum and we have to be able to inspect a property before we would be able to take it back under coverage and obviously that wasn't what you wanted at the time. I noted that you indicated you were on deployment and had we found no termites upon inspection, we always provide very favorable reinstallation prices to folks in the services (could have been as little as $25 additional which is far under our cost of removal/reinspection/reinstallation) but without being able to coordinate that opportunity for inspection I see we lost out on a potential customer. I'm sorry we lost you as a customer and if we can do anything for you in the future, please let us know. Thank you. Al Forrette"
They seem okay. They actually set a piping system around the house to help with bug prevention. They seem professional, but there is one guy that I don't quite get along with and seems like a know it all. They are very professional and in uniform. I do feel that their pricing is high.

You can reach out to me directly. We always try to hire the best folks and train them but with any service business, we are constantly working to use opportunities for retraining where necessary. We also try to provide the highest quality service at a fair price. Our pricing is right in the middle of the market pricing. There are some mom-and-pop operations that go a little less expensive and the bigger national brands that are far more expensive. Overall we are happy with the service, our previous owner had used their service and hence we approached them to continue treating our house. I do not see ants in the outside area of my house so far ( it has been three to four weeks)I do see one or two dead bugs like spider when I vacuumMy little one is just fine no harmful impact on her because of the chemical used for treatment.They have done their job as they promised to do over the phone.
