Pest Control
They would send someone out to treat my yard, and not tell me. I even requested a courteous call before they came, and they didn't call. I only knew they came because they left a tag on my door, and had to call them back to send someone else out to treat my backyard. They installed a solid chunk of wood to attract the termites and feed them, but never put anything in to treat them. My contract is now ending and they are now telling me I have termites, and they can only service their system. The company sends a different technician out each time, which aggravates me because I don't have an opportunity to build a rapport.
