After 3 weeks my ink never came nor did my refund - it says It can be reached at Info@peachtreeink but there is no email nor can i get through to them for my refund - ink never delivered.

Prior to purchasing I contacted Margie with a question; she responded within two hours. This alone indicated to me that she was as great as I had ben told by the gent who referred me to Peachtree. I then placed my order and received confirmation via email within a few minutes. I then received notification that the cartridges had been shipped on August 3rd and was given a "tracking number"; the cartridges were received on August 5th. I could not ask for better service!
I must mention that there are two 'reviews' by individuals who are NOT "Angie's List" members. After reading each I am of the opinion that neither is truthful! I simply believe that IF "Peachtree" were as bad as the two individuals imply - they would NOT have stayed in business for ten YEARS! To me - it seems that both individuals either fabricated their "story" OR were simply being malicious!

They were priced at half the cost of other ink supply companies. We had a problem with two cartridges where they were leaving ink smears on the paper. We emailed them about the issue and they had a very fast response. We received the new toner cartridges within two days and they was great!
