I have used Mike Olah, Old School Plumbing, for over 10 years for 2 rental properties and my personal home. He makes it a priority if it is an emergency and doesn't inflate his rates because of my misfortune. I have used him repeatedly for plumbing maintenance and his schedule is reasonable, he gives an honest opinion of the work that needs to be done and he doesn't charge nearly the prices I have paid to other companies, who have left work incomplete, (i believe to get a call back and additional fees). He is my plumber of choice and if he is busy, I will wait....

They are honest, fair and reliable. Unfortunately I have had pipes break more than once and Mike has always been someone I can count on.

Mike is the best master plumber I know!! I use of contractors for various jobs and mike is the best of them all!! I never worry about his bid nor his workmanship! His eye for details and keen sense to discover the problem has saved me many times!! Mike installed over 50 hot water heaters,4 houses of complete plumbing restoration, 4 steam systems, and my lake house plumbing!! 5 stars as a business and 5 starts as a human !! Go Mike!

I have resided in Kennesaw in the same house for 30 years so I have cycled thru a few plumbers in that time. I am a Georgia Tech engineering graduate. In the last two days, I needed a plumbing company to diagnose an issue with my 10 yr. old tankless hot water system. Luckily, I save suggestions I read on Nextdoor for just the occasion. I want to highly recommend 'Old School Plumbing' as others have done before. They replaced my tankless with a new one and replaced my pressure relief valve (circa 1985). Just wow! They are the best plumbing company (Veteran owned) I have ever experienced. Mike and team did exactly as we discussed, there was no sales pressure, the pricing was fair in my opinion (not cheap; that is not what you want), and the final walk thru revealed what 'master plumber' means. The unit that was removed was installed by one of those cheap plumbers and was so out of code it was crazy. I hope this helps someone, I am very pleased and they are my goto plumbers from now on.

I had hired one of the well-known local plumbing companies before, but didn't like the ridiculous amount of money I was being charged, so went looking for a smaller company. I found Mike. He's very honest, super friendly, and a fellow Navy Vet. He was able to come to my house to fix a copper pipe leak the same day I called. I will be recommending him to everyone I know.

I got this company from a referral on an application. I called a few other places and no one had availability so I figured I would call and see how it goes. I had a clog in my main drain pipe in the house. I called and the owner (Mike Olah) picked right up and talked to me about the issue. He said he would be there late afternoon and would text me to update me on his way. I was a little leery that he wouldn't show but he texted me a few times and he did show up! He was a nice guy and very professional. There was no pressure after he diagnosed the issue and gave his recommendation. He fixed the issue but what stood out to me was that he cleaned up after and gave me a few recommendations on things I could do in the future and even offered to walk me through via phone if I wanted to do it myself. I was very happy that he was a man of his word and the bill was exactly what he quoted. I highly recommend him if you don't want to deal with a big company and just want a plumber with integrity.

Was able to handle my situation right away. Very professional and very experienced. Uses only high quality replacement parts. Highly recommend.
