On December 16, 2024, while we were out of town, Ryan texted to say the project was complete. However, upon returning, we found the job to be far from finished and unacceptable. The site was left messy, with debris scattered around and stone dust covering the area. Additionally, there were issues with sloppy masonry, black sand, and uneven concrete along the edges of the patio and steps. You can view photos of the site here: [*** Link removed ***] We immediately expressed our dissatisfaction, and Ryan sent a crew for cleanup on December 23, 2024. While they did their best to improve the appearance of the site, the miscolored front step (despite having unused steps to choose from) and the poorly done column wrap remained unresolved. While the patio pavers themselves are satisfactory, the overall experience was disappointing. The lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and failure to follow through on promises make it difficult to recommend OLG for patio projects. Based on our experience—and noting that others have reported similar issues—I strongly encourage potential customers to carefully consider their options before choosing this company.

Very well. Fair estimate, arrived on time and finished work and cleaned up in one day. Installation of new sod included tilling, grading and rolling. Detailed instructions were sent on care of new sod and plants.

It's expensive. I would use them again. They come, they're here, and then they go. If you have a problem or ask them to do something, they will stop and listen to you.

We needed help with a significant landscape project so we called a few companies including O?Neill.  We knew something big had to change, we just didn?t know what to plant or how to approach the project.  After calling O?Neill, Sam Wirth promptly called back and setup time to meet with us.  Sam was on-time, courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable about all things landscaping (plants, grass, irrigation, drainage, hardscapes, etc.).  Most importantly, Sam patiently listened to all of our needs
and concerns and addressed each request.
A few days later, Sam e-mailed us detailed concept images (proposed plantings superimposed on top of photos he took during his initial visit ? very cool!) along with detailed pricing.  We asked for a few changes to the proposal which Sam was
very cooperative in addressing.
The O?Neill install crew arrived on-schedule and was just as professional? always on-time and cleaned up each day before leaving.  The finished product was exactly what we were expecting  based on Sam?s plan.
Definitely looking forward to working with the O?Neill team  again for our future landscaping needs!

Outstanding. Very profession in describing a solution for this area and the process involved. Arrived as scheduled, very conscientious of the surroundings and neatly did the job without any impact to us during the job.

Only wish they would have visited a week or so later to make sure we were maintaining the area correctly; just a simple note or follow up phone call for reassurance.

At first it went well, but after many months of cutting my yard to short and using a riding lawnmower, they have stressed and ruined our yard. Last year they agreed to do some of the repairs, but this year they sent me an expensive bill of almost 3000$ to repair damage they caused. After catching them this last Monday getting the tractor mower out to mow a stripped lawn, we said we were done. This time they did not offer any repairs and just said sorry we couldn't meet your needs. We will find someone who cares about their work and business.
