Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
Third time calling Northside! And another great experience! While Tyler couldn't fix our issue (turns out it's the dishwasher, not the plumbing that's the problem, Tyler was super helpful and honest with us. We'll never use another plumber!

Sewer Main Clearing
Our sewer line needed clearing or replacement. Our service request was taken accurately by phone, and Chad arrived at our house promptly within the promised timeframe, with a courtesy call 30 minutes ahead. After diagnosing the blockage with a line camera, we were advised of our options, and chose replacement of the decades old terracotta section of the line. The 3 person crew of Chad, Tyler and Tim, and the necessary equipment arrived at our house on the morning as scheduled. The excavation, line replacement, trench refilling and compaction, and surface dressing were completed in less than one day as estimated by Chad, and the total charge was in the mid-range of the quote. All-in-all, a very professional job brought in on time and within budget. Thanks, guys.

Highly recommend! This was our first time using Northside Plumbing and we couldnâ t be happier. Sewer Main Install, Replace or Repair
Two weeks prior to the closing on my 93-year-old fathers Roswell house, we had a sewer backup in the basement. I called Northside Plumbing and Chad came over quickly. He put his camera down the sewer line and found that the line was plugged with roots. He spotted the location in the yard which showed the line 8 feet in the ground. I was in a panic due to the pending sale. Three days later Chad and his crew dug up the line, repaired it, and had it all finished in four hours, which he had estimated. Chad was amazing, eight feet down in the ground pulling out roots from the line by hand. He installed a new section of sewer line, added a tap up to ground level, sealed it all up with concrete, filled the hole and smoothed over the yard. There was very little disturbance to the yard Chad is a total pro and a good guy too. I was totally amazed by his quick response and excellent work. His price was also very fair for the work is done. I can not put enough stars on this review to show how impressed and satisfied I am. Thank you so much, Chad and Northside Plumbing.

We had a complicated plumbing renovation job with a new water heater and expansion tank install, new hook up for washer and dryer,two sinks, hook up for dishwasher and refrigerator, moved a toilet, installed shower valve and outside faucet. He will come back to install faucets. Chad was on time, very thorough, able to troubleshoot, knowledgable and cleaned up. Highly recommend.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Chad and his wife were both very helpful. Got home one night to find a leak at the water heater, about 15 minis after visiting HomeAdvisor text from his wife around 10pm. Put me in contact with Chad to explain what to do now and set up a appt for the next morning. He installed new heater made recommendations for other items (not pushy) and following the install looked wonderful. Can't really speak to the price as they had me from the night before after being so helpful, but I do trust he gave me a fair price.

Could not have had a better experience. Needed a valve replaced underneath my kitchen sink - they responded very quickly and were able to come out that day. Work was performed completely to my satisfaction. Made sure all my questions were answered and did not leave until everything was working properly. Also took the time to answer questions about replacing my water heater and gave me a reasonable quote - will have the work performed by them in the near future. Great honesty and integrity - a pleasure to deal with!

30 seconds after hitting the submit button my phone rang. They came out to see us on a Sunday to give us a quote and we had a new hot water tank and all my issues resolved by lunch time Monday. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me prior to hiring them unlike the other quotes we received. They were great to work with.

He called us back by 8;30 and said he would give us a 30 minute call with an arrival time this was on a Sunday. Chad was on time quoted the work and said it would take between 1 and 3 hours. It took him and hour and a half, he cleaned up after himself and gave us a i year guarantee. We would definitely have him do any additional work we have.

Gas Piping
This company exceeded beyond my expectations. I had a gas leak emergency, and Chad the owner arrived at my home in 30 minutes on a Friday evening from the time we spoke. He determined that additional testing would be needed to locate the leak, and so although he was fully booked on Saturday, he came out and was able to not only locate the leak but repair it the same day! His pricing was very reasonable, and I was relieved to have gotten the leak repaired so quickly. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a professional and dependable plumber!

I needed some water valves replaced. I got a call within minutes of my search and scheduled for the next day, even though it was Saturday. Chad came earlier then expected which was great! He assessed quickly and was in and out in under 1 hour. He also did a quote for new water heater while he was here. I will definitely use him in the future. Great work, great customer service.

My plumbing problem happened after hrs. I searched Home Advisor for a plumber and within a minute Northside contacted me. They came out after hrs to check my situation and determined that the repairs could wait in the next morning. This emergency service charge was very reasonable ($50). This was also taken off the final charge. The next morning my service was completed at 8 a.m. they were very professional and wasted no time fitting my problem. They went the extra mile to check other areas of my home to meet sure I did not have any other potential problems. I feel like this is a honest, fair and professional business. I would definitely recommend Northside Plumbing to family and friends.

Water Heater - Repair or Service
The entire experience was very professional with no delays from the initial telephone conversation that took place the night I submitted the request to Home Advisor, which I did not expect since it was a Saturday night, to the completion of the project. Not only was the problem fixed but the root cause of the problem was fixed. My husband and I was very pleased with the completed project and pleased with the price. An explanation of what was causing the problem and the recommendations to fix it was explained in detail with no pressure if we decided not to fix the root cause and go with a temporary fix which was not advised and that was clearly explained also. We decided to fix the problem and the root cause of the problem with Northside Plumbing and we are very happy we did.
