We have been very pleased so far, we are new in the area. First service call was for something not working, fixed promptly with a call as to when service would be completed and a follow up call to make sure pool was working ok. Weekly service has been done on time; people are very nice and friendly, took alot of time to explain to my husband how things worked.

The weekly service techs are always friendly and do a fine job to keep my pool in tip-top shape so we don't have to worry about it. Whenever we have had a service issue (broken light, heater malfunction, etc. ) Gene the owner is very prompt to do repairs. Being a weekly service customer, we get priority for service calls. I know my pool is in good hands and I don't have to worry, just enjoy it.
