North Atlanta Roofing Company has been maintaining our roof for 15+ years. Over the years Tim Wharton
and his team has always been a pleasure to work with. No unnecessary repairs were made and fixing our roof was their priority. After 22 years it was time to replace our roof. The roof looks fantastic.
The team of workers were professional, completed the work when expected and when inspecting the area surrounding our home the area was spotless. We have recommended North Atlanta Roofing Company to friends over the years and they have all been appreciative of the

I've used North Atlanta before and have been happy. I called them and two other roofing companies to provide a quote to roof an addition on my home. Of the three quotes I received, North Atlanta was dead in the middle on price. What "sold" me on going with North Atlanta Roofing was the interaction with Mr. Tim Wharton, the owner. He treated me like a "client" and not just a "customer."
With so many large roofing companies out there (Findlay etc.), it's nice to know that I'm more than a number to North Atlanta Roofing and that's how he "earned" my business... again.

Repairs were not successful; leaking continued. Tim did not return phone calls until after certified letter sent. He wanted to meet but never called as promised to schedule. He abandoned the project even though it was still under warranty.

I have several friends who recommended North Atlanta Roofing and I wanted to give them a shot. The company owner, Tim arrived promptly for our appointment and provided a full inspection of my roof. He also provide me with shingle samples and a cost estimate that day. After comparing several quotes, North Atlanta Roofing was not the lowest, but easily the most professional of all the companies I met with. I like the fact that North Atlanta Roofing has been around over 20 years and does not subcontract their labor. It seems to me that a lot of new roofing companies have sprung up lately that aren't local.
Day of installation
The crew arrived promptly at 8 am and proceeded to lay down protective tarps on my lawn and shrubbery which I though was very considerate. They then began to remove the old roof and disposed of all the shingles and trash in their own provided dump truck. The installation of the shingles went well, and they replaced a few rotten plywood boards. The crew finished the entire job by the end of the day. They removed the tarps and honestly, I couldn't tell they had been there.
Final thoughts
From start to finish, the experience with this roofing company was very positive, and I can agree with my friends that I would be happy to recommend them.
