The owner came out to inspect and fix the AC unit on our main level.  He was quick and efficient and friendly.

He was honest and found the problem and cost was good .

They were very honest about the job at hand as they didn't try to take advantage of me. He did a great job of covering the old vent up and I am happy with the way it turned out. I am really not too sure on the total price but I do think that it was reasonable.

This company did fine work in terms of hooking my system up for me and doing the installation. I would not use them again though, and I will tell you why. Everyone else in my neighborhood got Trane systems and I got a no-name system. I did not think that was fair and I thought it was just the company trying to be cheap. I don't think that the skills they use to do their work is bad and I had no problems with them otherwise, but because I did not get the same reputable name on my system, I would not use them again in the future. Now, my builder would have paid them for that install out of what I paid to him. So I think they were just trying to be cheap.

Overall, I would say I am completely satisfied with the equipment they installed for heating and cooling. Our home is new and everything is running quite well. We have had no problems with it at all. The equipment has a warranty just in case something would happen. Our builder hired them and paid them so I am not sure what they charged.

DAVID WAS ON TIME AND COURTEOUS. HE PUT A RUSH ON GETTING THE PART AND DID WORK ASAP. SAVED US FROM BUYING A NEW FURNACE. WARRANTEED PART AND PUT A RUSH ON GETTING THE PART. ALSO ADVISED US THAT WE WOULD GET A REIMBURSEMENT FOR SOME OF THE LABOR THAT WILL BE PAID FOR BY SUPPLIER.
